Hello and Welcome,
My name is John “Kajo” Baker, the owner of Kajobuilt. I started Kajobuilt to provide the 4Wheel drive community in Hawaii the opportunity to purchase custom built tube accessories for their vehicles. I specialize in Toyota 4WDs and Suzuki Samurais but will build and design tube products for any vehicle. I also do body modifications such as shortening “Bobbing” beds to increase departure angles and “Dovetailing” vehicles to narrow the rear of a vehicle to also aid in departure angles.
I have been a 4Wheel Drive enthusiast since 1987. I have owned and modified numerous 4Wheel drive vehicles during this time. In 2003 I started performing major customizations to 4Wheel Drive vehicles in my spare time. My current 4Runner was purchased in the summer of 2005 and has many modifications all done by myself. It may not be the “prettiest” vehicle on the street, with many battle scars from countless trail rides, but it is a rolling billboard showing that what is Kajobuilt is built for abuse.
