ORDERING
Order Placement
Orders may be placed by e-mail at kajo@kajobuilt.com, I will return your email within 24 hours unless otherwise noted on the Kajobuilt.com home page. You can also order by phone at (808) 783-5229. If there is no answer leave a message, I will return your call as soon as possible. All products are custom fabricated to your vehicle which requires your vehicle to be at my shop unless other arrangements are discussed. Turn around time is usually less than one week per product oredered. A measurement appointment can be set up which allows me to CAD design your part and estimate your price before you commit to the project. This ensures the best fitting product to your vehicle. A cost estimate with expected completion date will be provided within 48 hours after the measurement appointment, a 50% down payment will be required before any custom work begins.
Shipping Orders
Kajobuilt is based in Honolulu, Hawaii. We build custom products to order which prevents us from shipping our items. If you want something Kajobuilt your vehicle will need to be shipped to Oahu for work.
Payments
We curretly accept Cash, Money Orders, Cashier’s Checks, Visa and Mastercard. in US funds only. All orders must be paid in full before leaving my facility with your vehicle. Foreign checks and bank notes are not accepted. We reserve the right to not accept your order. All work will be charged 4.5% General Excise Tax. Kajobuilt does not offer open accounts or CODs.
Warranty
All products carry a 90 day warranty against defects in material or workmanship. Let me know what product failed and how and if deemed to be the fault of my workmanship I will fix it as early as possible.
Returns
We build your product custom to your vehicle we do not accept returns.
